We’re looking for a weekend Night Auditor to assist guests with their overnight requests and balance accounts from the day shift. Night Auditor responsibilities include checking in guests, handling their requests and taking reservations. Ultimately, you will provide excellent customer service to guests and keep the front desk and accounting operations running smoothly. Training will be provided. Entry level to front desk welcome to apply.
Your job duties will include:
+Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner
+Check-in and check-out guests efficiently and accurately
+Provide information about hotel facilities, services, and local attractions
+ Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and courteously
+Assist with reservations and room assignments
+Process payments and maintain accurate records
+ Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
+Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure guest satisfaction
+ Perform night audit duties as required
Qualifications
Previous experience in hospitality management or related field preferred
Knowledge of night audit procedures is a plus
Excellent guest service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
Proficient in using front desk software systems and phone etiquette
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle difficult situations with professionalism
Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays
