Night Auditor / Evening Front desk agent

Duties:
- Greet and check-in guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Handle guest inquiries and provide exceptional customer service
- Operate the phone system, taking messages and transferring calls as needed
- Process guest payments and maintain accurate records
- Complete end-of-day financial reports and balance transactions
- Assist with resolving guest issues or complaints
- Ensure the safety and security of the property during the night shift

Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably in a hotel or hospitality setting
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work well with a diverse range of individuals
- Proficiency in using computer systems and software, including reservation systems and Microsoft Office Suite
- Attention to detail and the ability to multitask effectively
- Ability to work independently and make decisions in a fast-paced environment
- Flexibility to work night shifts, including weekends and holidays
