Job Description
The Night Audit is responsible for overseeing specific NIGHT AUDIT duties and assisting with Front Office operational duties during the overnight shift. Responsibilities may include the guest registration process, telephone communication with in-house and external callers, resolving guest requests and complaints, as well as traditional NIGHT AUDIT duties including night roll, reconciling of the day’s transactions, processing payments, and preparing for the following day’s operation.

Qualifications
Qualifications - External
- Hospitality and front desk experience is preferred
- Night Audit experience preferred
- A true desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast-paced environment.
- Refined verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to stand for long periods of time.
- Must have flexible work availability to include mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
