NICU Physical Therapist – Physical Therapy, Sacred Heart Children's Hospital, Spokane, WA

Under the general direction of the Rehabilitation Services Manager, the PT (Physical Therapy) Clinician is responsible for planning and administering medically prescribed physical therapy treatment for patients to restore function, relieve pain, and prevent disability. The PT Clinician will work collaboratively with a team that includes other clinicians across disciplines,nurses, and physicians to create the best possible outcome for our patients. All employees are expected to be pleasant, respectful and courteous in all interactions with patients, families, staff, and visitors of the Institute, as well as being a positive representative of the hospital at all times.

Shift Details:

  • Per-Diem, Day Shift

Required qualifications:

  • Education to meet certification, license or registration requirement.
  • upon hire: Washington Physical Therapist License.
  • upon hire: National Provider BLS - American Heart Association.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Greater than 2 years experience as a PT
  • Knowledge in evaluating and treating infants in the NICU and/or high-risk infant experience
