What will you do?
Our Clinical Dietitians are responsible for coordinating patient nutritional care under the general supervision of the Director of Food and Nutrition Services. The commitment to service, safety and professionalism is critical to achieving the best experience for our patients. Come join our team of dedicated professionals that are committed to delivering the best patient care. The NICU Clinical Dietician must have Pediatrics and/or NICU experience as a Dietician.
- You will be a member of Nutrition Support Team with the pharmacist and physician(s).
- You will provide nutritional screenings and assessments of patients.
- You will educate the patient on therapeutic diets.
- You will inform Aide staff in deciding which patient foods are allowed and disallowed based on the prescribed diet.
- You will document the patients tolerance, appropriateness, response to nutritional support and make recommendations.
What you will need:
- Commission Dietetic Registration must be obtained within 90 days of employment start date
- Licensed Dietician must be obtained within 1 year of employment start date
- Bachelors Degree
- Must have 1+ years experience as a Dietician in Pediatrics and/or NICU
