Job Description
BBA Construction is a federal contractor with extensive experience installing Fire Alarm systems for Federal Government facilities. The contract will continue until all Fire Alarm devices are replaced at the Prison which is estimated to be 10-month duration.
Responsibilities: - Replace Fire Alarm horn/strobes, pull stations and smoke detectors with new and reconnected to existing wiring and resecured to backbox. - Collaborate with other technicians and contractors to ensure proper installation and integration of 24VAC Fire Alarm systems. - Follow safety protocols and adhere to industry standards.
Requirements: - NICET CERTIFICATION MANDATORY. -Proficiency in using battery powered screwdrivers tools with some work on stepladders and lifts for ceiling mounted smoke detectors.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively telecommunicate with team members and clients.
