Now Hiring (NHA) Nursing Home Administrator:

Full-Time Nursing Home Administrator

Responsibilities (NHA) Nursing Home Administrator:

• Plan, develop, organize, implement, evaluate, and direct the facility’s programs and activities.
• Establish and enforce healthcare policies and procedures in accordance with Local, State, and Federal regulations.
• Ensure that all employees, residents, visitors, and vendors are following established facility policies and procedures.
• Assist in the recruitment and selection of competent department heads, supervisors, consultants, and other auxiliary personnel.
• Other duties as assigned by Regional Team.

Qualifications (NHA) Nursing Home Administrator:

• Ability to work independently or part of a group.
• Computer knowledge.
• Previous long term care experience is preferred but not required.
• Working knowledge of Local, State and Federal regulations.

License:

• Must have an active Nursing Home Administrator License.
