Job Description:
Pay: $29/hr
Monday-Friday
8am-4pm

The Licensed Practical Nurse for our Personal Care Services service line make a meaningful impact, caring for patients wherever it is they call home. What is Required?
- High School diploma or GED required
- Current State license as a Licensed Practical Nurse required
- 1 year of nursing experience working in a hospital or facility
- Excellent communication, organizational, and computer skills
- Valid driver's license and insurance
- Reliable transportation to perform job tasks
You will report to the Director of Nursing or Clinical Administrator.
