Overview:
The New Car Sales Manager is responsible for managing all staff receiving all incoming internet leads and phone calls, floor traffic, and establishing relationships with customers and Sales Associates. The Sales Manager interacts daily with the Sales Associates, Sales Managers, support staff, and customers.

Responsibilities:
- Excellent problem-solving skills equivalent to a combination of education and experience
- Receiving inbound sales phone calls and leads identifying the client's needs and scheduling appointments, placing outbound phone calls to potential leads
- Ensuring all client concerns are addressed before the appointment date, such as cost, warranty questions, appointment duration, etc
- Contacting clients before the appointment date to confirm the appointment
- Work with sales staff daily on a one-on-one basis to create a road to success
- Following up post-visit to ensure customer satisfaction
- Recruit and Train Sales Staff
- Assist customers in person throughout the buying process.
Requirements:
- Ability to read and comprehend instructions and information
- Professional dress and mature work ethic
- Excellent oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills
- Extensive customer service and sales background
- Computer literacy, strong organizational and follow-up skills
- Must be available to work on Saturdays
- Become proficient in using various software systems including but not limited to DealerTrack, U.C.S., VAuto, ELeads, and Quickpage.
- Bi-lingual Spanish speaker preferred
- High school diploma
- Must pass pre-employment screening: drug test and criminal background check
