Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with and nurture leads from our Zillow Flex lead system.
- Organize and conduct home showings and property inspections.
- Provide guidance and assist sellers and buyers in marketing and purchasing property for the optimal price under the best terms.
- Update and maintain listings of available properties.
- Build networks and collaborate with attorneys, mortgage lenders, and contractors.
- Remain updated about Real Estate markets and best practices.
Requirements:
- Newly acquired Real Estate license/In the process of obtaining
- Ability to work independently combined with excellent interpersonal skills.
- Strong sales, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Quick thinking with an ability to handle high-pressure situations.
