We have an exciting opportunity to join our group as a Newborn Hospitalist, providing care for well newborns in the San Antonio area.
Responsibilities:
- As a Newborn Hospitalist, you will provide Level I support to multiple nurseries with a flexible schedule and no delivery attendance, no home call, and no overnight shifts!
- There are approximately 28,400 deliveries per year practice-wide.
- This position also includes opportunities to participate in education, quality improvement, and/or research.
- We welcome inquiries from experienced pediatricians as well as newly graduating residents.
- NICU support on site for transfer of care.
- Circumcision experience preferred but proctoring available
- Post Residency Newborn Hospitalist experience a plus!
