Position: Newborn Care Specialist
About Us:
We are on the lookout for an experienced and nurturing individual to join our team as a Newborn Care Specialist. Our commitment is to create a warm, loving, and supportive environment for both infants and their families.
Responsibilities:
- Providing care to newborns, including feeding, diapering, and soothing
- Monitoring the baby's health and development, and reporting any concerns to the parents
- Maintaining a clean and organized nursery
- Assisting with the mother's recovery, including providing emotional support and guidance
- Educating parents on Newborn Care and providing resources and support as needed

To expedite the process, please ensure you have the following requirements ready:
- $53.00 for Criminal Background Checks with the FBI/GBI (we will be the one to conduct this once hired)

Other Requirements:
- At least 2 years of experience in Newborn Care
- Must be able to pass Newborn Care Quiz with 80% mark
- Knowledge of baby-led weaning, breastfeeding, and sleep training
- Ability to work flexible hours, including overnight shifts
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
