We are seeking a 3rd - 6th year associate to join the Real Estate practice in our dynamic New York office. The ideal candidate will have expertise in commercial Real Estate leasing and general commercial Real Estate transactional work, which may include development, Real Estate acquisitions and dispositions, joint ventures, zoning and land development approvals, Real Estate finance, and cross-border transactions. Candidates must have a J.D. from an accredited law school as well as be admitted and in good standing to practice in New York. Candidates must be self-starters who possess the ability to work independently and as part of a team. We require strong academic credentials, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to providing the most responsive and highest quality client service. Candidates will work closely with experienced lawyers in our highly-regarded Real Estate practice in New York and other offices who will provide active mentoring and opportunities to assume increasing levels of responsibility, including direct client contact, and to also participate in matters generated by our national and global platforms.
Base Compensation $235,000 - $300,000 / year
The base salary for this position will be determined during the interview process and will vary based on multiple factors, including but not limited to prior experience, relevant expertise, current business needs, market factors and candidate's geographic location.
