As we continue to expand our footprint, we are seeking a passionate and dedicated individual to join our team as a New Store Opener. This dynamic role involves frequent travel to New Store locations, providing support, training, and ensuring the successful launch of each franchise.
Position Overview:
As a New Store Opener, you will play a critical role in the growth of our franchise by opening New Store locations. You will travel extensively, spending approximately a week at each new location, working closely with franchise owners, general managers, and the store teams to ensure a seamless and successful launch. When not on the road, you will be an integral part of our Mission Viejo, CA store, contributing to its daily operations.
Responsibilities:
Store Launch Support: Travel to New Store locations to oversee the opening process, providing hands-on support, and ensuring that franchise owners and teams are well-prepared for success.
Training and Development: Conduct comprehensive training sessions for new team members, emphasizing company values, product knowledge, and customer service standards.
Franchise Owner Support: Build strong relationships with franchise owners, offering ongoing guidance, and acting as a liaison between the franchisees and the corporate office.
Communication: Maintain clear and open communication channels with franchise owners, general managers, and corporate teams to relay feedback, address concerns, and ensure consistent brand representation.
Problem Resolution: Demonstrate patience and problem-solving skills to address challenges during store openings, providing solutions that align with company standards.
Mission Viejo Store Participation: When not traveling, actively contribute to the daily operations of our Mission Viejo, CA store, supporting the local team and ensuring operational excellence.
Requirements:
● Ability to travel for approximately a week at a time.

● Patience and ability to teach and support new team members.
● Previous experience in a franchise or multi-location retail setting is a plus.
● Flexibility in work schedule, including weekends and evenings.
