We are a craft doughnut and coffee shop offering an array of unique bakery items, including our original layered doughnuts; vegan, gluten friendly, and keto- friendly products; artisanal breakfasts, and specialty coffee. Overview:

Parlor Doughnuts Gulf Shores, AL is looking for Baristas and Front of Houseemployees! The ideal candidates will have a passion for doughnuts, creativity, attention to detail and customer service.

Job Responsibility Barista/Front of house:

• Prepare and serve food and beverages according to company standards
• Provide excellent customer service and address customer inquiries or concerns promptly
• Prepare the highest quality cup of coffee, ensuring that the drip coffee is hot & fresh
• Welcome and serve guests in a professional and friendly manner
• Show new guests to our doughnut display and give them a tour of the items that we offer
• Answer any questions they may have in regards to the menu
• Take guest orders accurately and efficiently
• Handle cash transactions responsibly
• Let guests know where to wait and where to pick up their food/coffee
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders
• Assist with bussing tables and maintaining a clean dining room
• Complete all daily tasks per the checklists provided
• Maintain dress code
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, including sanitizing equipment and utensils
• Follow all food safety and sanitization guidelines
• Monitor inventory levels and notify management when supplies needs to be replenished
• Clean and reset the front of House at the end of your shift making sure that all surfaces are sanitized and all tools are put back where they belong
• All other tasks as needed

• Base of culinary knowledge or experience in the food industry
• Able to juggle multiple tasks in a fast environment
• Physical stamina to withstand a full shift potentially on your feet

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
