Overview:

Parlor Doughnuts Gulf Shores, AL is looking for MANAGERS! The ideal candidates will have a passion for doughnuts, creativity, attention to detail and customer service. For a management role, we are looking for a leader who exemplifies Parlor values and upholds standards and policies.

Responsabilities:

• Lead by example and foster an inclusive “team” working environment
• Oversee daily operations of the restaurant, including food service, kitchen management, and food production.
• Ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation regulations.
• Provide exceptional customer service and address any customer concerns or complaints.
• Manage inventory levels and order supplies as needed.
• Monitor employee performance and provide feedback for improvement.
• Establish a productive and efficient work atmosphere
• Maintain a clean and organized restaurant environment.
• Assist in interviewing and selection of new staff as well as training/development in accord with Parlor standards
• Safeguard assets, ensure cash registers are appropriately balanced, lost prevention policies are upheld and employees are following Parlor standards on proper money handling.
• Provide solutions to issues and seek opportunities for improvement

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in restaurant management or a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of food service industry practices and procedures.
• Excellent leadership and supervisory skills.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Exceptional customer service skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities.
• Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
