Purpose of this role:
New Model Parts Ordering & Delivery through planning, coordination, and communication with internal departments and suppliers. Executes the ordering and delivery of New Model trial event and test parts within the schedule. Communicates progress and achievement to milestones.
Responsibilities of this role:
- Maintain Trial Event Matrix with event and capacity information with BPL.
- Create issue and confirm all relevant paperwork impacting New Model event parts order and delivery: BOM Check, trial event ADN creation / maintenance, issuance & receipt, and Trial event part cost sheets.
- Maintain GPCS for accurate part order and delivery.
- Maintain supplier database with all relevant delivery data.
- Receive/confirm ASN (Advance Shipping Notices) for accuracy to ensure prompt supplier payment.
- Support NM parts event coordinator with QC event and prototype build parts delivery and staging.
Required Education, Experience, and Skills:
- Assoc. degree or equivalent in related field preferred. High School Diploma and 3 years of related work experience may be substituted.
- Minimum Experience 3 years supply chain management experience. (Ordering & Delivery, Quality & Delivery, Parts Quality, Parts Procurement)
- Experience in PSP supply chain functions

- Skills and Understanding of Ordering & DeliveryNew Model Roles and Responsibilities Basic understanding of B (Purchasing) functions.
- Understanding of New ModelOrdering & Delivery characteristics (achievement criteria, schedules, etc.)
- Excellent multi-tasking and prioritizing skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- BEAM, GPCS and Microsoft Office Tools (Word, Excel, and Power Point).
