About this Position: 

 

Support analyzing dwg's from feasibility through design phase to achieve a product that can be manufactured with-in the factory's capabilities while working with MMC's to prepare and execute the trial phase of the New Model Development.

 

Responsibilities include:

 

• Support feasibilities studies and detailed confirmations of new technologies, design concepts and manufacturing processes. Report back internally.
• Identify past model problem history, sort data as required.
• Collaborate internally to develop most efficient manufacturing process
• Ensure a robust process design for mass production combining manufacturing requirements, factory characteristics and project targets.
• Through the New Model development, help create and maintain all documents necessary for process, quality, robot/equipment, and training. Support daily production needs for the New Model.
• Support launch of the vehicle during initial production at the factory (T stage)
• Support collaborative problem-solving activity with team members from final assembly factory, regional New Model, and product design.
• Develop capability of self through training and sharing of experiences to senior members. Learn other areas of the assembly line.

 

Required Work Experience:

 

• 0-4 years' experience

 

Required Education:

 

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (e.g., Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial) or equivalent related experience
