We're looking for a passionate and knowledgeable New Homes Expert to join our dynamic team. As a New Homes Expert, you'll act as an agent for NewHomesMate, expertly guiding homebuyers through their purchasing journey. This includes educating customers about the new construction market, taking buyers on tours of new communities, negotiating with builders, and explaining contract terms. Your role will be critical in ensuring our customers enjoy an exceptional buying experience.

Where are We? We currently operate in 15 markets in Texas, Florida, Arizona, South & North Carolina, Georgia, and Colorado but we’re not going to stop there. We are expanding our teams in all markets and are excited to talk to you!

Requirements:

• Real estate license.
• A proven track record of successful sales experience.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• In-depth knowledge of the new construction home market and buying process preferred.
• A commitment to providing exceptional customer service.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in using online technology platforms and tools.
