We have an immediate full-time opening for passionate and high-energy New Home Sales agent in the Northern Nevada market place, who are comfortable with technology and willing to go the extra mile for our buyers. As a New Home Sales agent, you will represent Jenuane Communities, a high quality local builder seeking to offer buyers an extraordinary home buying experience.

About the Job:
You will be part of team that includes dedicated marketing support, online sales concierge and experienced, positive leadership. As a Jenuane Communities Agent you will be responsible for achieving sales goals by leveraging our innovative lead generation system.
The ideal applicant should have the following experience and skills:
- Excellent follow-through and attention to detail
- Strong desire/experience to proactively outreach to and convert leads
- Strong comfort with computers, internet, MS Office tools, CRM
- Prior experience in real estate sales. New Home Sales experience preferred.
- Familiarity with New Home real estate contracts and escrow management
- Strong closing skills
- Valid and active Nevada State real estate license
- Brings a smile to work every day and introduces a positive energy to the team
Job responsibilities
- Perform all sales activities at the Sales Center including greeting visitors, qualifying prospects and communicating the developer’s lifestyle vision for product and community.
- Engaging, nurturing and converting prospective New Home buyers to buy.
- Working with Preferred Lenders and/or buyer’s outside lenders to pre-qualify prospective buyers
- Manage all sales/escrows using an innovative proprietary technology showing status of all sales, cancellations, pending escrows, loan approvals and prospects activity.
- Data mining using the proprietary technology to prioritize follow up activity with prospects.
- Maintain and nurture a strong program and relationship with local and regional brokerage community to inspire interest of their buyers in our project.
