New Hire Trainer
Shift: 12 Hour Nights -- 7:00PM - 7:00AM --Thurs/Fri/Sat + every other Wednesday
Wage: $19.70/hour + $3 shift differential

Shearer s is looking for one outgoing individual that will train all new 12-hour night shift production team members. These individuals will mainly work in production next to new employees and will be responsible for training on the following policies and procedures:
- Safety
- Quality/GMP s
- General packaging / line work instructions
- Line worker responsibilities and properly utilizing downtime
- Wipeout instructions
- Washout instructions
Additional Duties:
- Greet new employees
- New Employee presentations
- Time clock and rotation instructions
- Explanation of break policy
- Completing new employee training forms and follow up forms
- Orienting employees to Shearer s Skills training
- Other duties as assigned
