New Customer Success Representative

Ice Cream Factory is seeking a passionate and driven individual who excels at communicating with potential customers over the phone to inform them about our delightful products. The ideal candidate will have customer service experience, be goal-oriented, and aspire to build a long-term career with Ice Cream Factory.
Details:

• Position Type: Part-Time, Up to 30 hours per week
• Location: Remote Work, Monday to Friday
• Employment Type: W-2
• Equipment Required: Laptop and Phone
• Starting Pay: $14 per hour

Responsibilities:

• Respond promptly to messages, emails, and texts from potential customers and team members, demonstrating a keen sense of urgency.
• Maintain a centralized and updated database by entering relevant information about potential customers into our Lead Board in Monday.com.
• Facilitate the ordering process for sample boxes for potential customers, ensuring a seamless experience.
• Coordinate and initiate the first order for New Customers, ensuring a smooth onboarding experience.
• Manage our Website Wholesale Leads Board and follow up on leads received from WWL, Business Suite, and WIX.
• Complete necessary follow-ups for each account to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Communicate effectively with your team and customers to facilitate a seamless customer experience from initial contact to purchase.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in Customer Success or sales support roles is preferred.
• Familiarity with Business Suite and Monday.com (CRM) is preferred.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work with a sense of urgency and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
• Proactive and adaptable to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Collaborative team player with the capacity to work independently.
• Quick learner who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
