The Role You’ll Play to Create Success
We are eager to announce a full-timeNew Client Implementation Coordinatorposition filled with many exciting opportunities! In this role, you will have the opportunity to impact the FrankCrum business everyday by coordinating the communication, document transfer, information gathering with the client and preparing and processing payrolls.
1. Conduct welcome call with client to confirm company information such as start date, client company contacts, addresses, payroll schedule, earning codes, etc.
2. Provide necessary prefilled or DocuSign contractual items to client items.
3. Provide client with a complete list of items, documents, spreadsheets, reports required to enroll client.
4. Update Netwise, Client Relations Management System, with client details.
5. Work with internal departments to obtain legal, credit and underwriting approvals to enroll client.
6. Ensure collected contractual paperwork is completed accurately.
7. Activate client and notify other internal team members about the New Client.
8. Prepare for the first payroll.
9. In Ultipro, complete pay group setup, prepare payroll calendar, add earning codes, add deduction codes and ensure billing is setup accurately.
10. Update necessary client payroll reports in PAM.
The Attributes We Seek
Keys to success in this position include excellent customer service, 1 year of payroll experience, a high school education and intermediate levels for Word, Excel and Outlook. Certifications in Payroll (CPP or FPC) would be preferred along with knowledge of federal, state, and local laws regarding wage and hour and FLSA topics.
