We are looking for New Car Sales Specialists to join our team, offering knowledgeable support and guidance to our customers to ensure they leave the dealership feeling confident and happy about their vehicle purchase. This role reports to the Sales Management team.

Core Responsibilities:
- Respond to internet, live chat and phone inquiries promptly using phone, email and texting to generate sales appointments
- Log daily sales lead activities in the CRM and follow up with customers who are not ready to make an appointment
- Convert visitors into customers by understanding their needs and interests, and pairing them with a vehicle best suited for their lifestyle
- Perform professional vehicle demonstrations by staying up-to-date on product offerings, optional packages, and latest technology and organize test drives
- Assist customers with sales and financing paperwork
- Deliver sold vehicles to the customer, ensuring complete customer satisfaction
- Participate in ongoing training and team development
Desired Qualifications and Experience:
- Car sales experience is preferred (not required), experience with the Hyundai brand is even better!
- Strong customer service and interpersonal skills, both in person and over the phone
- Computer literacy and the ability to learn and utilize new technology
- The ability to think from the customer’s perspective to understand their concerns or objections and respond thoughtfully
- An excellent work ethic and drive to achieve performance goals
- A valid driver’s license and clean driving record are required
- Must pass a pre-employment background check and drug screening
Hours and Work Environment
We are open Monday – Friday from 8AM to 9PM and Saturday from 8AM to 8PM. We ask that all applicants have the availability to work any of the days and times listed above. This is an onsite position, and requires working with customers in person as well as online and over the phone.
