Job Description:

Responsible for identifying, developing, and helping sales teams with complex products. Engagement Specialist supports the sales efforts of team peers and other direct sellers by leveraging product, industry, and or technology expertise.

Duties to Include:

  • Collaborate with Product and Sales to solve the strategic business needs for their end customers.

  • Identification of vender partner, solution design as per customer requirements.

  • Negotiate with vendors to fulfill solution and acquire quotes for services.

  • Draft and negotiate statement of work with vendors.

  • Provide input and participate in proposal content, oral proposals/presentations, and responding to customer questions.


Basic Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in Technology sales and/or Service Management.

  • Minimum of 2 years' relationship/project management experience.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in Telecom/IT Infrastructure.

  • Relationship management with Service Providers.

  • Microsoft Office experience to include Excel (reporting) and PowerPoint (Customer Presentations/Sales Delivery).

  • Ability to participate in proposal content, customer presentations and responding to customer queries.

  • Bachelors Degree.

Professional Qualifications:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Flexible to adapt processes and system rules to drive business outcomes.

  • Ability to individually solve problems using analytical tools and identify practical actions to address.

Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience. As required by local law, Accenture provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in California, Colorado, New York or Washington as set forth below.
