Illuminate USA, a new standalone joint venture established by two global leaders in renewable energy, is building one of the largest solar panel manufacturing factories in the Western Hemisphere. This 1.1 million-square-foot factory is currently in advanced stages of preparation in the Columbus, Ohio area. Job Summary:

We are currently looking for a Network Security Engineerfor our new factory in Columbus, Ohio.

The ideal candidate will bring expertise in managing a robust Network Security infrastructure, conducting comprehensive risk assessments, and responding effectively to security incidents. This role demands a proactive approach to staying current with the latest advancements in Network Security technologies and practices, as well as the ability to educate and guide a team of Network Security analysts.

Responsibilities:

• Lead comprehensive Network Security assessments and risk analyses, proposing robust enhancements to the security infrastructure.
• Direct prompt investigation and resolution of security incidents and breaches, maintaining meticulous documentation and stakeholder communication.
• Stay ahead of cyber security developments, recommend cutting-edge security solutions, and manage the integration of these technologies into existing network platforms.
• Develop and implement Network Security policies, ensuring alignment with legal and organizational standards, and conduct regular system audits to identify and mitigate vulnerabilities.
• Provide expert leadership to the Network Security team, including goal-setting, performance evaluation, and professional development.
• Design and facilitate specialized training for Network Security analysts on advanced network tools, policies, and procedures, fostering a culture of continuous learning and security awareness.
• Manage and coordinate incident response strategies and protocols, ensuring swift action to secure network integrity against threats.
• Serve as the primary liaison between Network Security, IT departments, external security entities, and executive management, ensuring comprehensive security coverage and clear communication across all channels.

Qualifications:

• A bachelor's degree in related fields
• 5 years of experience in the related area as an individual contributor
• Outstanding learning and communication ability;
• High-level programming skills are preferred.
