You will be responsible for the development and use of advanced analytical tools and decision optimization models, to support data-driven decision-making across the end-to-end supply chain.

Collaborate with all team members to share knowledge and ensure continuous improvement processes
Engage with plant teams and ICT to identify opportunities for data improvement or process optimization and collaborate to deliver agreed objectives
Identify and resolve underlying data integrity issues
Prepare On-Time In-Full analytics and reporting
Support Logistics Management Team in identifying and understanding reasons for non-adherence or adverse performance to help drive local ownership
Identify systems issues that require resolution
Identify process gaps, seek cross functional input and alignment as needed, document, and train new ways of working
Work closely with Global Supply Planning counterparts for understanding of their ways of working
Evaluate opportunities for improved efficiencies and ways of working within SAP, EPM, e2Open software, and WMS software
Drive execution of actions to agreed timelines
Remain fully flexible to meet business requirements and demands such as travel to meet key stakeholders, internal and external customers to see and understand how the work is done
Maintain professional, timely and effective communication with our customers internally and externally.
Provide support to troubleshoot data problems to help resolve the root cause of issues and streamline the business processes
Create user documentation and deliver end user training.

The successful candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of experience in warehousing, logistics and supply chain with increasing levels of responsibility in a manufacturing environment appropriate to food, beverage, consumer goods, pharmaceuticals or a closely aligned sector in North America.

Preferred experience with BluJay or a similar TMS

Preferred experience with Blue Yonder, Manhattan, or similar WMS

Preferred experience with SAP or similar ERP

Advanced skills with Microsoft Office, SQL Queries, & Exel

Knowledge of factory and DC distribution networks

Advanced analytical, planning and problem-solving abilities.

Able to work independently and cooperatively in fast paced environment

Bachelor's degree (B.S.) from a four-year accredited college or university in Applied Economics, Finance, Quantitative Business Analysis, Supply Chain, Business Operations Management or related field of study preferred.

Ability to travel 15-30% percent of time

Excellent verbal and written communication skills to build strong interpersonal relationships at all levels of the organization.

Experience in a fast-paced manufacturing environment is preferred.
