- Assist in the configuration, implementation and troubleshooting of the mission-critical voice, video and data network
- Ensure integration and interoperability of network technologies.
- Assist in the implementation and troubleshooting of data center and infrastructure migration.
- Ensure quick response to information assurance notifications.
- Operations and maintenance of remote access and LAN/WAN software and hardware.
- Use network monitoring tools to troubleshoot, monitor, and report network capabilities and connectivity as required.
- Review system logs to determine usage levels, bandwidth, performance, and security of systems.
- Assist with the installation of new hardware and software making sure that all components interface correctly with each other and the network.
- Contacting manufacturer/vendor for warranty repair or replacement.
- S. Diploma and demonstrated work experience
- Demonstrated experience with Firewalls / Routers / Switch / SASE
- Hands on experience in an enterprise network
- Experience managing Cisco routers and switches, nexus experience a plus
- Enterprise wireless solutions
- Iboss or general hands on sase experience with another tool desirable
