Job Summary

The Consolidation Lead's primary responsibility is to make sure that workflow operates smoothly and that the Consolidation staff can work continuously and efficiently. The shift leader is responsible for reporting what was accomplished during their shift and communicating any issues that arose during their shift.

What You’ll Do

• Direct consolidation activities and prioritize tasks that need completion

• Collect and organize pertinent data

• Update inventory in the web application

• Communicate goals and responsibilities to team members

• Ensure a safe and clean work environment

• Report to management daily

• Oversee and actively participate in the receiving floor duties

• Ensure a proper transition between the AM and PM shifts

• Maintain a consistent presence and accessibility on the warehouse floor every scheduled day

What You’ll Need

• Minimum 6 months working for Lulus

• High School Diploma or GED preferred

• Will follow and abide by all Lulus Safety Policies, Programs, and Procedures

• Work independently and determine the next task with minimal supervision

• Ability to train others

• Strong communication and teamwork skills

• Strong leadership skills

• Basic understanding of Microsoft Excel

• Able to work independently (must be very self-motivated)

• Able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs

• Intermediate to advanced level in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.) and Google Suite

• Excellent oral and written communication skills, and outstanding customer service orientation.

• Ability to function effectively in a variety of challenging situations and circumstances, including difficult project deadlines, demanding stakeholders, and evolving goals and objectives

• Ability to work effectively with co-workers, customers, and others by sharing ideas in a constructive and positive manner

• Excellent attendance and reliability

• Consistency in giving feedback regarding work progress, timetable, and issues

Work Environment

• Duties are performed both inside and outside in varying temperatures including heat, cold, and sometimes wet or humid conditions. Exposure to high background noise is probable.

Physical Requirements for Performing Essential Duties

• Sitting/Standing/Walking: Approximately 90% of the time is spent in varying work areas 10% of the time is spent in an office environment

• Speaking/Hearing: Ability to effectively communicate and coordinate with co-workers and subordinates

• Vision: Ability to visualize items around the work area, able to assess weights, and judge distances and heights. Good eye-hand/foot coordination

• Lifting/Carrying: Ability to lift/carry 50lbs by hand

• Stooping/Kneeling: Ability to stoop and/or kneel to access locations as needed
