Make an impact
As the Network Administrator, you will provide hands-on administration support, network maintenance and operations support for the design and installation of the company servers and storage environments.

• Responsible for the design, implementation, support, and maintenance of network systems including WAN, LAN, WLAN, and MPLS technologies.
• Responsible for the installation, administration, and maintenance of network equipment, specifically Meraki firewalls, switches, wireless access points, Cisco Firepower Next-Generation Firewalls, and SonicWall SMA appliances.
• Responsible for configuring and maintaining Cisco AnyConnect for secure remote access, managing site-to-site VPNs, ensuring robust firewall security, and overseeing the backup and restoration of network configurations, along with comprehensive documentation of these processes.
• Responsible for administering and maintaining virtual network appliances and firewall rules in Azure, with a focus on network security and efficiency.
• Responsible for configuring and maintaining IP services such as DHCP and DNS.
• Responsible for the asset management of network equipment, ensuring accurate inventory and effective utilization.
• Responsible for managing router Access Control Lists (ACLs) and firewall rules to safeguard network security and compliance.
• Participate in the documentation of IT services, particularly focused on creating and maintaining network diagrams, inventories, and vendor contact information.
• Responsible for monitoring network resources to ensure optimal availability and capacity planning.
• Assists in the maintenance of both physical and virtual servers in a VMware environment, including regular patch management.
• Assists in the development and implementation of disaster recovery strategies to ensure network resilience and data protection.
• Maintains technical expertise in networking technologies through continuous education, attending seminars, trade shows, and conferences.

What you should bring

• A Bachelor's Degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• Professional certifications such as CCNA (Cisco Certified Network Associate), CCNP (Cisco Certified Network Professional), MCSE (Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer) are highly advantageous.
• A minimum of two years of experience in a Network Administrator role, with a strong background in managing network hardware and technologies like WAN, LAN, WLAN, and VoIP.
• Proficiency in handling networking equipment, both physical and virtual, especially from vendors like Cisco, Meraki, and SonicWall.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, capable of troubleshooting complex network issues.
• A solid understanding of Change Management Processes in a network environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, able to effectively convey technical information.
• Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Exceptional organizational and prioritization skills, able to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
