About The Role:
The Netsuite Administrator is a key member of our Enterprise Applications team. This role will help ensure our Netsuite deployment reflects a solution that is easy to maintain, adapt, and scale with the organization's continued expansion while providing accurate & timely reporting for the business. Successful candidates will collaborate with stakeholders throughout the business, designing & implementing fit-for-purpose solutions to meet the expanding needs of the organization. They will also serve as a technical consultant, providing insight into business analysis, conducting needs assessments, and configuring the application as required.

We are looking for a technical NetSuite Administrator who will be responsible for understanding how systems operate in regard to existing and future integrations. You will develop, drive, and create system advances in accordance with Best Practice business standard operating procedures and the needs of individual departments.

Primary Objectives:

  • Manage daily administration, integration and maintenance operations of NetSuite and other critical business systems (Concur, Tipalti etc) 
    • User configurations including profiles, roles, etc
    • Scoping security controls and applying permission sets appropriately
    • Configure and manage integrations
  •  Develop, Implement and maintain Internal tools as requested by various departments
    • Train stakeholders on netsuite functionality (reports & searches) 
    • Drive enhancements on strategic projects 
    • Oversee applications used by the Finance & Accounting teams
    • Research ways to increase efficiency with the tools we use
    • Maintains main customer service applications used by multiple department
  •  Troubleshoot and solve day to day application issues
    • Use applications like Atlassian's Jira/Confluence and Netsuite to manage reported issues
    • Research, replicate and solve application issues
    • Ensures that the primary application software(s) for the company are operating at all times.
  • Framework and Technical Process Management
    • Process logic and technical architecture including building and delivery of functional/technical presentations; experience with schema mapping and data migration projects
    • Maintain and improve the framework for NetSuite
    • Develop new workflows for increased efficiency 
    • Data migrations & Data transformation between systems
    • Designs, documents, builds, tests, deploys, and maintains enhancements to NetSuite custom objects, validation rules, page layouts, workflows, and reports. SuiteScript.is preferred.
    • NetSuite administrator-level knowledge of roles, permissions and dashboards, including exceptional custom report and saved search experience applying formula/SQL driven outputs
    • Process logic and technical architecture including building and delivery of functional/technical presentations; experience with schema mapping and data migration projects
    • Manages multiple streams of work, actively communicating progress, roadblocks, and next steps, as well as follows best practices for testing, development, deployment, and implementation.
    • Development of Automation processes with customer facing team applications
    • Implementing API Integrations to connect systems and data
    • Develop and create customized reports and dashboards for users at all level of the organization
    • Perform QA testing for iterative development cycles across various application projects
    • Release & environment management

What We Are Looking For:

  • Proficiency in the English language, both written and verbal, sufficient for success in a hybrid in-office / remote work environment
  • Demonstrated capacity to clearly and concisely communicate
  • Effective communication skills: able to collaborate with peers and provide clear status updates
  • Can be productive and self-motivated in a fast paced, highly collaborative environment
  • High degree of intellectual curiosity and a thirst for knowledge - we're always looking for ways to improve our processes while continuing to produce high quality solutions for our customers

What will Make You Stand Out:                                                    

  • Bachelor's degree in a Technology related degree.
  • 3 - 5 years' experience administrating NetSuite and other back-office systems.
  • Experience with Finance and accounting principles, including GL and accounting.
  • 3 - 5 years' experience in system administration of front office business systems is also desired.
  • SQL database experience, familiarity with database extraction tools.
  • Advanced computer skills and proficient knowledge of all Microsoft Office programs
  • Ability to troubleshoot and problem solve 
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Ability to speak to a technical level that's suitable for the audience.
