We are seeking an experienced Systems Administrator to join our team and manage our NetSuite ERP system. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the effective use of NetSuite to support the company's business processes and drive operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
Admin and maintain the NetSuite system, including customizations and configurations as needed
Ensure the accuracy and integrity of data in NetSuite, including regular data audits and reconciliations
Administer all integrations with Netsuite: including warehouse, shipping, EDI, and multiple sales channels.
Create tailored training systems to onboard new users into specific systems
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize the use of NetSuite to support business processes and decision-making
Provide ongoing training and support to end-users to maximize the use of NetSuite
Administer the resolution of any issues or incidents related to the NetSuite system
Stay current with new releases and updates to NetSuite, and make recommendations for improvements as needed
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree preferred in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
English required, Spanish preferred
A minimum of 2 years of experience in implementing and managing NetSuite systems
Strong knowledge of NetSuite administration and customizations
Experience with integrations with other systems and data sources
Excellent project management skills and experience leading cross-functional teams
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
