The Leidos National Security Sector is seeking a .Net Application/Software Developer to support the USAF within the Comprehensive Engine Management Systems (CEMS) program located in Oklahoma City, OK.
As a .NET/Java Application Developer you will be primarily responsible for maintaining a critical USAF .Net application in Azure Cloud. Additionally, you will assist with sustainment, modification, and implementation of the USAF’s Comprehensive Engine Management System (CEMS) in AWS Cloud. The responsibilities for this position include all aspects of the software development lifecycle including coding, work estimation and DevOps. The developer will work with the Project Lead, other developers, engineers, analysts, and the customer to deliver customer sustainment, new project and technical refresh requirements. A successful candidate must have the ability to work in an agile dynamic environment and be capable of adjusting to changing priorities.
**Note: This role will have remote/telework capabilities.**
Primary Responsibilities:
Maintain, enhance, debug, and implement .Net application.
Maintain Azure Cloud development and Production environments.
Research, test, build, and coordinate the conversion and/or integration of new products based on client requirements.
Design and develop new software products or enhancements to existing software.
Troubleshoot software application production problems.
Conduct testing and debugging of software applications
Consult with project teams and end users to identify application requirements.
Perform feasibility analysis on potential future projects to management.
Assist in the evaluation and recommendation of application software packages, application integration and testing tools.
Resolve problems with software and responds to suggestions for improvements and enhancements.
Collaborate with and check the work of other software developers on agile development team.
Actively participate in the software development life cycle.
Verify software functionality and security areas.
Identify software test coverage gaps.
Support code reviews within team.
Update best practices Developer documentation.
Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Information Systems, Computer Science, or related discipline with 12 or more years of relevant experience. Additional years of experience, training and/or certifications may be considered in lieu of degree requirement.
US Citizen; Currently possess/ability to obtain and maintain a NACI/Public Trust level clearance or higher to be considered.
IAT level II Certification (i.e., COMPTIA Security+)
Advanced skills and understanding with .Net development and framework.
Proven knowledge and understanding with Azure Cloud.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills combined with strong written and verbal communication skills are required.
Demonstrated ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks, complete tasks without direct supervision, and function effectively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
Master’s Degree with 10 or more years of relevant experience.

Pay Range:
Pay Range $122,200.00 - $220,900.00The Leidos pay range for this job level is a general guideline only and not a guarantee of compensation or salary.
