• Position: Permanent Anesthesiologist
• State: Nebraska
• Facility: ASC
• Bed Count: 4 OR’s, 1 Minor Procedure Room
• Anesthesia Staffing Model: 2 Anesthesiologists, 3 CRNA’s, Full Clinical Support Staff (RN’s, Scrub Techs, Central Sterile, etc.)
• EMR: HST Pathways
• Procedures Required: Full Range Anesthesia, General, Local, and Blocks Performed Regularly
• Case Mix: Approximately 25% Orthopedic, 18% General Surgery, 10% Family Practice/GI/Endo, also including but not limited to: Dental, ENT (including children), OBGYN, and Podiatry. Additionally, 17% Pain Management 15% Ophthalmology (minimal anesthesia involvement)
• ADC: Varies depending on time of year, can range from 15 – 40+ Facility Cases Per Day
• Licensure required: MD or DO
• Board Certification: Required
• Schedule: Monday – Friday, 7a – 4p (Occasional Late Evenings). No Call, No Holidays

• Perm Compensation:  $385,000 - $425,000 Base Salary with Ownership Shares Available, Potential for Annual Bonus up to $20,000, $5,000 CME Stipend, and Potential for Relocation and Signing Bonus.
