ShureLine Construction is hiring for a NCCCO Certified Crane Operator (TLL). in the DE/MD/NJ/PA area. Operator will be responsible for operation of various types of hydraulic cranes, including Truck, RT, and Boom Truck. Operator will drive cranes to the worksite, setting up and inspecting the crane daily for maintenance and Safety. Operator should be able to lift and lower materials with precision along with operating the crane via hand signal & verbal communication.
Responsibilities:
- Operate a variety of material-moving equipment daily according to schedule and instructions from erection crew members. from project manager, choosing and setting up the right crane, lift or hoist to complete each task safely and efficiently.

- Inspect rig and ensure that rigging applications are configured in accordance with load chart and manufacturer guidelines.
- Inspect, clean, and perform operator level maintenance on equipment in accordance with standards.
- Perform daily safety checks to ensure equipment is in safe operating condition.
- Control cranes, lifts and other equipment using standard operating procedures to hoist materials.
- Complete necessary inspection documentation & reporting.
Requirements:
- Minimum five (5) years’ of verifiable experience operating cranes
- CDL Class A or B License.
- Must possess NCCCO(TLL) Crane Operator certification.
- Knowledge of OSHA Regulation and ANSI standards in crane operations.
- Must possess documents that establish identity and employment authorization.
- Ability to read, write, and speak English fluently in order to understand equipment load charts, prepare written orders, read safety topics, etc.
Physical Requirements/Working Environment
- Physically able to climb equipment safely and lift/carry 50 pound loads.
- Able to work safely around equipment, materials, supplies, and other items to be handled, while wearing proper PPE.
- Working conditions could be remote with exposure to weather and hazardous conditions.
