Nautica-Part Time Manager

Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Manager to join our team. As a Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing a team, and ensuring exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills, be bilingual, and have experience in wireless sales.

Responsibilities:
- Manage and supervise a team of sales clerks, providing guidance and support
- Recruit, train, and develop employees to ensure high performance and productivity
- Monitor sales activities and performance metrics to achieve sales targets
- Provide exceptional customer service by resolving customer inquiries and concerns
- Conduct interviews and make hiring decisions based on qualifications and fit for the team
- Maintain inventory levels and ensure accurate cash register operations
- Collaborate with other departments to implement effective sales strategies
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures

Experience:
- Previous experience in a managerial role, preferably in wireless sales or retail environment
- Bilingual proficiency in [languages] is highly preferred
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $17.25 - $19.00 per hour

Expected hours: 12 – 25 per week
