Do you want to be our new FRONT DESK ADMIN at ROOTS FOR HEALTH Naturopathic Clinic in Greenlake?
Roots for Health Naturopathic Clinic seeks a positive, enthusiastic, and dedicated person as a part-time Provider Services Assistant to join our team. We support five providers who offer a unique blend of treatment types, including naturopathic medicine, acupuncture, massage, and herbal supplements. We are a woman-owned clinic and celebrate diversity of all kinds!

What will I do?
Check patients in and out of an active Naturopathic/Acupuncture office.
Process patient payments and Quickbook entries.
Handle communications: phones, emails, mail, the electronic health records system, and fax.
Prepare daily logs of patients.
Verify insurance benefits.
Handle all patient needs as necessary.
Provider support to office manager and providers as needed.
Gain valuable experience working in a medical office.
What qualifications do I need?
A high level of professionalism and business ethics for a medical HIPAA-compliant environment.
A sense of responsibility, self-motivation, solid communication, attention to detail, and computer skills.
An appreciation for holistic healthcare; perhaps you are even a naturopath or acupuncturist in training yourself!
What availability are we looking for?
Hours needed currently, and starting end of September.
Monday 12:30-6:30 pm
Tuesday 8:30-6:30 pm
Wednesday 1:30-6:30 pm
Thursdays 8:30-6:30 pm
Fridays 8:30-6:30 pm
Front desk shifts may split shifts depending on need. We need all or some of the shifts posted.
What's the Hourly Rate?
$20.00 per hour
