Essential duties and responsibilities
- 8+ years of experience in the fitness industry
- 5+ years of experience of leading a B2B sales team
- Must be completely knowledgeable regarding the Company’s products as well as the products and companies that compete with the Company.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers.
- Source & develop new business leads.
- Analyze territory for a solid understanding the best opportunities for profitable growth.
- Maintain the elevated level of sales activity by consistently calling on customers in assigned territory.
- Keep the upper management team informed of your sales progress and pipeline; provide accurate sales forecasts and reports to management.
- Understand customer needs and provide appropriate product recommendations.
- Schedule and perform product demonstrations with potential customers.
- Follow industry trends to identify new opportunities for potential sales.
- Attend industry trade shows to identify potential sales leads and make meaningful contact with existing customers.
- Develop and maintain a clear and actionable business plan including activities, time allocation, and processes to achieve sales goals.
- Prepare all proposals in accordance with policies and procedures established by the Company.
- Travel is a minimum of 50%
