National Sales Director

Essential duties and responsibilities

• 8+ years of experience in the fitness industry
• 5+ years of experience of leading a B2B sales team
• Must be completely knowledgeable regarding the Company’s products as well as the products and companies that compete with the Company.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers.
• Source & develop new business leads.
• Analyze territory for a solid understanding the best opportunities for profitable growth.
• Maintain the elevated level of sales activity by consistently calling on customers in assigned territory.
• Keep the upper management team informed of your sales progress and pipeline; provide accurate sales forecasts and reports to management.
• Understand customer needs and provide appropriate product recommendations.
• Schedule and perform product demonstrations with potential customers.
• Follow industry trends to identify new opportunities for potential sales.
• Attend industry trade shows to identify potential sales leads and make meaningful contact with existing customers.
• Develop and maintain a clear and actionable business plan including activities, time allocation, and processes to achieve sales goals.
• Prepare all proposals in accordance with policies and procedures established by the Company.
• Travel is a minimum of 50%
