Role + Responsibilities
- Establishes productive, professional relationships with key stakeholders and project teams in assigned customer accounts. Including engineering, procurement, and service department.
- Coordinates the involvement of Endress Hauser personnel, including Project Engineers, Inside Sales, Account Management, Representatives, Services, and Project Management resources to meet account performance objectives and customers' expectations
- Meets assigned targets for sales and other Identifies accounts' capital project landscape early and drives the qualification efforts to establish a best-fit project pursuit pipeline for Endress Hauser strategic objectives in assigned account.
- Develop collaborative relationships with our channel partners to generate enterprise project opportunities.
- Develop, lead, and manage projects through SFDC using Standard 201 process.
- Proactively leads a joint company-strategic account planning process that develops mutual performance objectives, financial targets, pipeline development, and critical milestones for a one and three-year period.
- Leads Project Development efforts that best address customer needs, while coordinating the involvement of all necessary Endress Hauser person.
- Indirect management of project engineers though out the bidding process to ensure complete package is submitted to the customer on both technical and commercial queries.
- Manage and coordinate custom Request for Quotes and assure all online portal are up to date for all Endress Hauser business.
- Uses understanding of customer needs to initiate solutions opportunities and handoff to the appropriate team to expand the customer experience.
Qualification + Profile
- Bachelor of Science, Preferably in Engineering. MBA desired
- Strategic Account Management and sales experience required
- Leadership, management, and collaborative abilities, able to manage multiple demands and to respond to questions from customers, reps and sales management
- Strategic thinker, with ability to learn, adapt, and make business decisions quickly to support customer requirements and win business
- Able to build bridges, break down silos and interested in continuous improvement, learning, and development for self and others.
- Clear understanding of capital projects business and EPC, and process licensor type customers
- Ability to build and sustain relationships from operational to C-Suite
- Capable of motivating and leading teams in a multi-national and matrix environment, able to lead and influence without direct reporting authority
- Language fluent in English; Spanish also desirable
- Travel required: 10-30%
