As the National Distribution Manager, you will develop contract strategy, negotiate agreements at the corporate/headquarter level and develop scalable programs to drive vertical and horizontal distribution, volume, and execution in Red Bull North America's (RBNA) Off Premise Channel. You will partners with the Emerging Channel Team, Business Units, and Region Off Premise Teams to communicate key projects, ensure corporate agreement and support programming execution. Main responsibilities include: negotiations of national Red Bull programming, development and communication of priorities, trade budget management, and volume forecasting. You will report to the Senior Director, Route to Market, and be located in Santa Monica, CA.
CONTRACT STRATEGY, NEGOTIATIONS AND LAUNCH
Support and develop strategy for future and existing Specialty partners
Negotiate Distributor Agreements with new Specialty Partners & Systems Distributors
Partner with legal and trade finance on contract details and future partnerships
Uplevel existing partnerships through negotiations and renewed contracts
Support local distribution center availability, stocking and launch by securing commitment at region/market level for National Specialty partners.
Develop national launch plans and support coordination and implementation at the field level
BUSINESS PLANNING, SELLING PROCESS AND PROGRAMMING
Build mutually beneficial business plans with national and regional Specialty partners
Develop insights-based, category growth opportunities to create scalable programs to achieve vertical and horizontal distribution, volume, and execution in the Off Premise
Participate in relevant Specialty Trade Shows and Conferences to build relationships and understand industry trends that influence business planning and contract negotiations
Establish budgets by Specialty partner, always analyzing Return on investment and rate per case
Negotiate and implement national programming to drive scale and deliver results
Guide post-program analysis following all programs to evaluate the programs' effectiveness
TEAM LEADERSHIP
Be the Specialty subject matter expert and support RBNA Region Off Premise field teams in execution of Specialty launches, local management, and plan execution
Establish communication within Emerging Channel, RBNA Business Units and Region Off Premise field sales teams to communicate vision and goals of new specialty customers
BUSINESS INTELLIGENCE
Maintain working knowledge of all Red Bull systems
Review monthly reporting against Goals and plan against results
Volume forecast ownership
Knowledge of category management principles and how to increase sales results using category management approach
7+ years of supplier & sales experience
Experienced in Specialty contract negotiations, trade budgeting and national programming
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint

The base salary range for this position is $137,000 to $151,000 + cash incentives
Actual salary offer may vary based on work experience.
The base pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future.
