A day in the life.
As our National Business Insurance Operations and Placement Leader on the National Business Insurance Team, you will be responsible for providing leadership, strategic direction, and oversight for all Business InsuranceOperations and Placement activities nationwide. This role is accountable for driving growth, retention, and profitability of the business line by creating competitive and innovative business plans that drive short and long-term goals. The National BI Operations and Placement Leader will build and demonstrate a passion for a client-driven environment by ensuring the client perspective is at the forefront of all business decisions and initiatives. The National BI Operations and Placement Leader will collaborate with our field leadership, sales team, operations team, marketing team, and executive leadership to guarantee training tools, resources, and partnerships are aligned toward the attainment of the agency's broader goals.
As the National BI Operations and Placement Leader, some of your core responsibilities will include:
Acting as the MMA liaison to the various MMC operating companies
Overseeing the Business Insurance analytics tools for clients and producers and work to build out this strategy with the Business Insurance Analytics Leader.
Improving the MMA Ideal Placement strategy by working closely with the Director of Product Development
Traveling to various cities across the United States (25%)

We’d love to meet you if your professional track record includes these skills:
7+ years of experience leading teams in Insurance Operations
Demonstrated ability to partner effectively with senior executives as well as insurance carriers
Strong organizational skills and understanding of workflow process and design
Deep understanding of financial metrics and the impact of business decisions on the P&L including new business revenue, retention, and revenue segmentation.

The applicable base salary range for this role is $127,170.00-$237,300.00 The base pay offered will be determined on factors such as experience, skills, training, location, certifications, education, and any applicable minimum wage requirements. Decisions will be determined on a case-by-case basis. In addition to the base salary, this position may be eligible for performance-based incentives.
