The National Account Manager (NAM) is the external facing point of contact for Kastle clients located throughout the contiguous US states, assigned to the Mid-Atlantic office, but working in a virtual capacity. The NAM is responsible for providing thorough and professional services that consistently exceed the customers' expectations. Specific job responsibilities include: client contact, system design and troubleshooting, client interaction through on-site visits(as needed) and calls, analysis of system functionality, evaluation of client needs and development of recommendations, presentation of client briefings, and the generation and interpretation of reports. In addition, they are the customer's advocate within Kastle and are responsible for ensuring that all aspects of our service are completed.
