Form of workWe are seeking an organized and responsible individual to join a family, located in Arlington, VA, as a Housekeeper/Nanny. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting our daily household activities, particularly focusing on household activities and helping with a 1 year old child when needed. The primary responsibilities include watching and caring for the baby in the morning while the mother is at the gym and taking work calls, assisting with laundry, organizing, running errands, and preparing meals for the family. The mom is a stay-at-home parent so she will be spending time with the baby most of the time.
The position can be live in or live out.

- Childcare
- Attend to the 1-year-old baby in the morning while the mother is at the gym and during work calls.
- Collaborate with the mother in baby care activities.
- Provide additional assistance as needed.
Housekeeping:
- Perform light housekeeping duties to maintain a clean and organized living space.
- Coordinate with the bi-weekly cleaner for heavy cleaning tasks.
- Tidy up and organize rooms, common areas, and baby-related items.
- Laundry
Errands and Shopping:
- Run errands, including grocery shopping, dry cleaning, returns, and mail collection.
- Pick up dry cleaning and handle various household-related tasks.
Meal Preparation:
- Prepare healthy and basic meals for the family. Very basic meals.
Additional Tasks:
Help with any other tasks that contribute to the smooth running of the household.
- Work Hours:Flexible ( 40 - 45 hrs/week)
- Monday - Friday, Saturday half day.
- Languages: English, Spanish is a big plus
- Experience:5Years of Experience
- References: Minimum of 2 References
- Background: Pass stringent background checks and drug testing upon offer of hire
- Driving required, car will be provided
- Salary: $30/hr after taxes
- Living Accommodations: Live In or Live Out
