Appliance and Plumbing Product Sales Consultant

We are looking for a passionate and customer-focused individual to join our team as an Appliance andProduct Sales Consultant. The position of Product Sales Consultant will be responsible for results-based driven and ambitious sales for the Appliance/Fixture Showroom working with supervisory staff and fellow team members to proactively drive sales of appliances and fixtures while successfully launching exceptional levels of service and delivering excellent standards to our customers while developing relationships. The successful candidate will ensure that top-end Appliance and fixture brands and messages are reinforced through the overall showroom experience. The Product Sales Consultant will manage daily tasks to ensure sales growth targets are achieved on a continual basis.

MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Regularly attend debrief meetings, team meetings, and selections meetings (as required);
• Build relationships and work closely with vendors;
• Assist with deliveries and stock handling as directed for your department;
• Understand and ensure the effective execution of Lars Remodeling & Design operations throughout daily duties;
• Resolve customer complaints regarding the Appliance and fixtures sales and service;
• Participate in Lars Educate Before You Renovate workshops and special events; and
• Maintain excellent showroom appearance.

QUALIFICATIONS FOR THE JOB

• 5+ years experience as Sales Supervisor/Showroom Supervisor (Required)
• Experience within the Appliance and Plumbing fixture industry (Required)
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Demonstrated ability to quickly learn and adapt to new computer software and familiarity with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems is a plus.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills - proven aptitude for effectively engaging with diverse audiences, personalities, and experience levels.
• High-level organizational skills, ability to multi-task, extremely strong attention to detail, and the ability to prioritize and follow through on assignments in a timely, proactive, and responsive manner.
• Self-motivated, with a hands-on approach to problem-solving, ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment, as part of a team or independently.
• Adaptability and a willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and strategies.

Salary: $65,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
