Nanny Needed

Job Overview:
We are seeking a reliable and experienced Nanny to provide exceptional care for children in our community. 8AM -5 PM 40 hr flex. As a Nanny, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the safety, well-being, and development of the children under your care. The children are 4/2/ newborn We are located in a beautiful family friendly community. The older children will be starting school in the fall. We would like to find someone to become part of the family team.

Duties:
- Provide attentive and nurturing care to children of various ages
- Create a safe and stimulating environment for children to learn and play
- Engage children in age-appropriate activities, such as arts and crafts, reading, and outdoor play
- Prepare meals and snacks for children, ensuring they receive proper nutrition
- Assist with basic hygiene tasks, such as diaper changes, potty training, and hand-washing.
- Follow established routines and schedules to maintain consistency for the children
- Monitor children's behavior and address any issues or concerns in a calm and positive manner
- Maintain open communication with parents regarding their child's progress and any updates or changes in routine

Experience:
- Previous experience in childcare is required
- Experience working in a daycare or as a nanny is preferred
- Ability to engage with and educate children of different ages
- Familiarity with meal preparation for children, including knowledge of any dietary restrictions or allergies
- Knowledge of toddler care techniques and developmental milestones
- Ability to cook simple meals for children

- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Patience, compassion, and a genuine love for working with children
- Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities effectively
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle unexpected situations calmly
- Reliable transportation to commute to the job location
