SalaryLive-in Newborn Care Specialist needed for a family expecting a baby in April.Ideal candidate must have experience caring for newborns and is gentle and kind. Having knowledge or background with Indian culture is a plus!
- Pay: $30-$50 per hour
- Dates: April 1st- June 30th
- Schedule: 24/7 3-month contract
- Live-in accommodations: private bedroom with bathroom in a beautiful and spacious home
- Prioritizing the infants safety, development, and comfort
- Plan, supervise, and maintain bedtime, assist with sleep training
- Monitor resting hours by watching and listening for the baby monitor andresponding to the child as appropriate
- Ensure feeding supplies are clean and sanitized: bottles, bibs, utensils
- Identify signs of illness or infection
- Bath, change diapers, and provide other basic care to ensure the baby is comfortable and healthy
- Help parents learn methods of caring for their newborn, including bathing, feeding, dressing, and playing with the baby
- Verifiable, long-term experience working with young infants
- Certification in infant first aid and CPR
- Provide 3-5 professional references
- Legally eligible to work in the United States
