Job Description
Remote position but you MUST BE able to work West Coast hours 8-5p pacific
MUST HAVE SOLID EXPERIENCE WITH MYEVOLV SUPPORT TO BE CONSIDERED
Duties:
- Provide Help Desk Support and technical assistance to end-users
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issues
- Install, configure, and maintain Windows Server operating systems
- Assist with the setup and maintenance of office LAN and VPN connections
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address customer service inquiries and ensure timely resolution
- Manage and track support tickets
- Provide support for mobile devices and assist with device setup and configuration
- Conduct training sessions for end-users on various software applications and operating systems
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent work experience
- Proven experience in IT support or Help Desk role
- Strong knowledge of Windows Server operating systems
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate technical information to non-technical users
- Familiarity with office productivity software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite)
- Proficiency in troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues
- Experience WITH MY EVOLV IS REQUIRED
- Knowledge of mobile device setup and configuration
- Understanding of different operating systems (Windows, macOS, Linux)
