Job Title: Municipal Division Team Support Specialist (3933-31)
Hours: Monday - Friday, 8am - 4pm (35 hrs per week)
Starting Salary: $38,480 Annually: Additional compensation may be considered based on experience.
FLSA: Non-Exempt
Job Overview:
The Office of Melissa Powers, Hamilton County Prosecuting Attorney is seeking a Team Support Specialist for the Municipal Division. The Municipal Division prosecutes misdemeanors and traffic cases representing multiple county agencies and police departments. This person will work alongside practicing attorneys to ensure the citizens of Hamilton County receive top quality legal work.
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Organize and distribute information whether in the mail, interdepartmental, email or electronic.
- Preparing witness subpoenas, docket paperwork and document drafting.
- Answering phone calls from the public and police officers.
- Running local and national records through RCIC.
- Confidentiality is essential. Background check required.
- Assist with additional prosecutor requests related to cases as needed.

- Effective time management skills.
- Ability to accept change or redirection.
- Highly organized.
- Computer skills and awareness necessary to navigate through several systems throughout the day.
