This position will be based at our Seattle Headquarters and report to our E-Learning Manager. The role will operate under our hybrid Flexible Work Policy, which requires employees to be in the office Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday but allows for remote work on Monday and Friday.
Primary Responsibilities
- Develop, produce, edit and deliver high-quality, innovative multimedia assets (video, graphics, audio, motion/animation) for a variety of e-learning solutions and other training-related materials.
- Project manage all aspects of the video production process from start to finish. This includes writing scripts, developing storyboards, adjusting based on feedback, organizing logistics, managing deadlines, filming, editing, and publishing videos.
- Collaborate with E-Learning Manager to set creative direction for training deliverables.
- Brainstorm and collaborate with instructional designers on project requirements, including creating mockups based on the requirements and scope of project with rough sketches, animatics, prototypes, storyboards.
- 3 years of experience in multimedia production, graphic design, and video production
- Expert in video editing software (e.g. Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe After Effects, Final Cut Pro)
- Expert in Adobe Creative Cloud graphic design applications such as Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign
- Excellent knowledge of storyboarding, visual design principles, and animation
- Artistic with a keen eye for design and visually appealing content
- High school diploma/GED requrired
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience designing and developing instructional/training videos and graphics in a business environment
- Experience with photography and/or videography
- BA in graphic design, digital design, film, or a related field

Compensation: This role is eligible for our annual merit-increase program, and we are targeting a salary range of $77,200 to $115,900 based on your level of skills, qualifications, and experience. You will also be eligible for our Annual Incentive Program, which offers a cash bonus targeting 7% of base pay. Potential plan funding may range from zero to two times that target.

Retirement: Employees are able to enroll in our company's 401k plan, which includes a paid company match in addition to our annual contribution equal to 5% of your base salary.
Paid Time Off or Vacation: We provide eligible employees who are scheduled to work 25 hours or more per week with 3-weeks of paid vacation to use during your first year of employment. In addition, after being employed for six months, eligible employees begin to accrue vacation for future use. We also recognize eleven paid holidays per year, providing a total of 88 holiday hours.
