Based in Scottsdale, Arizona – the Elevated Craft studio is a unique space -- think sleek design studio meets elegant speakeasy. We’re expanding our product line (Hybrid Glassware and much more) and building a team to support that growth.

We’re looking for a Multimedia Specialist to help take our marketing campaigns to the next level. This role will report to the VP of Brand and work closely with the marketing team to own the multimedia production at Elevated Craft. We’re looking for someone who’s passionate about delivering best-in-class visual media that supports our brand growth. The ideal candidate will have a well-rounded multimedia background with experience in graphic design, social media content, video and photo editing, photography, and direct response ads. If working in a studio environment where you are creating detailed shot lists, conducting photo and video shoots, and editing those assets yourself sounds up your alley, this is the perfect opportunity for you.

Requirements

• Design and produce content for digital channels, social media, eCommerce storefronts, emails, and other use cases; you’ll be involved in all aspects of the production process including ideating, scouting locations, capturing content, editing and shipping final products, and more.

• Organizing, owning and planning a content calendar (organic and paid) that’s on brand and aligned with our overall strategy.
• Create and optimize assets for our eCommerce storefronts (Amazon, Shopify), including graphics for new product launches and promos.
• Manage creative production processes such as photoshoots; edit and retouch product photos to ensure they align with brand guidelines.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to execute and create ad-hoc assets including copy, static graphic design, email templates, 1-pagers, etc.
• Stay up to date with design trends in the home bar, cocktail and craft beer space while integrating them into new ideas for creative assets and strategy.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Design, Multimedia Arts, Film Production, or related field required.
• 3-4 years of relevant design and production experience. eCommerce/ DTC experience preferred.
• Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, Lightroom, Premiere).
• A portfolio or work examples showcasing successful execution of visual strategies and high-quality creative assets. **Required**
• Experience in developing visual strategies for marketing campaigns.
• Knowledge of photography and videography techniques, including shooting and editing.
• Experienced with visual storytelling via photo and video production across different channels including digital, social and owned.
• Ability to manage and direct photoshoots and other creative productions (shot lists, feedback, photo editing) including budgeting.
• High attention to detail with owning and organizing all creative assets.
• Advanced knowledge of digital marketing strategy, trends and tools.
• Ability to work from our studio in Old Town Scottsdale.
